1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 56ph ("56ph," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the 56ph online gaming platform available at 56ph.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering a 56ph account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 56ph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 56ph Platform and close your account.

2.Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the 56ph Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered 56ph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be suspended upon detection.

56ph reserves the right to request identity documents and proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by 56ph may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3.Account Registration

To access gaming services on 56ph, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and OTP codes — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 56ph account.
• Notify 56ph immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

56ph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or social media. Any communication purporting to be from 56ph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

56ph reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 56ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your 56ph wallet are available for gaming immediately upon confirmation. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved Philippine payment channels. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 56ph targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes displayed on the Platform. GCash withdrawals typically arrive within five (5) minutes of approval.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Anti-Money Laundering: 56ph is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 56ph may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may apply to dormant accounts as permitted by applicable law.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

56ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirements (the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted).
• Game restrictions (certain games may contribute differently or not at all toward wagering requirements).
• Time limits within which wagering requirements must be completed.
• Maximum bet limits while playing with active bonus funds.

56ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.

6.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 56ph Platform:

• Registering or using 56ph if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening more than one account, or opening an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized payment methods, or identity theft.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 56ph staff or other players.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

7.Intellectual Property

All content on the 56ph Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of 56ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 56ph Platform without prior written consent from 56ph.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• 56ph provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• 56ph does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times.
• 56ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failures.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, 56ph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• 56ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.Responsible Gaming

56ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.

10.Termination

You may close your 56ph account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

11.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to 56ph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

12.Amendments

56ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the 56ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
